We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition that you received it

Important Instructions for Specific Products

To ensure eligibility for returns, the following instructions must be respected:

1. Opening: You must pull on the box to remove the product.
   
2. Packaging: Each product is wrapped in a tarpaulin that must be removed carefully.
   
3. Inflation Period: Once unpacked, the products will return to their original shape, but you must wait 3 full days without sitting on the products for them to fully re-inflate and take their final shape.
   

⚠️ If these instructions are not followed, we will not accept returns for these products.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have.

Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it:

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
